Our Sliding Fee Scale Program is available for clients seeking services who do not have mental health insurance. The program is designed to provide reduced-cost services to help make mental health care more accessible and affordable.
Child & Family Services does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, partisan considerations, age, height, weight, genetic information, marital or familial status, disability, service in the uniformed services, or any other characteristic that makes each client unique or is protected by law.
Under this program, client payment amounts are determined based on annual household income and number of individuals in the household.
Proof of income is required before or at the time of the first appointment and may be provided using one of the following:
The three most recent consecutive pay stubs, or
The most recent IRS Form 1040 (page showing combined household income)
Payment is due at the time services are provided.
