Annie brings over 15 years of clinical experience to Child & Family Services. Annie works with individuals who are managing anxiety and depression symptoms, and those who are facing various life transitions and need support. Annie also has a passion for supporting survivors of sexual trauma and those around them who have been affected by the sexual violence. Annie works with individuals ranging from adolescence and up.

Maureen is Child & Family’s Finance Director and has over 40 years of experience in the accounting field, including payroll and medical billing. She has worked alongside an executive team of a home medical/nursing company in successfully taking it public, to being instrumental in creating organizational change in a non-profit that continues to grow. When she has time to stop and enjoy life, anything up north or by a body of water is her favorite destination.

• Leadership: Leadership Saginaw (2022); Great Lakes Bay Hispanic Leadership (2020); and Leadership Bay County (2014)
• Outside Interests: BBQ’s with family, shopping with her daughters, volunteering with organizations that are meeting the needs of others, and making a positive impact in the community

Catherine brings over 30 years of experience working in the non-profit arena with mentoring volunteers, coordinating numerous fundraising events and building relationships and partnerships in the community. Her role as the Marketing and Fund Development Manager is just not limited to her job description. She takes the mission of the organization to heart and is passionate in making sure the agency is connected throughout the community.

• Outside Interests: boating, shopping, grabbing coffee, and hanging out with my family.

Jill brings over 38 years of social work experience to her role as our President/CEO. Her career has involved work in community mental health, the school system, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, and for 27 years, within the Saginaw Court system. Since the start of her role as CEO in 2021, Jill’s heart has been to provide help, hope and healing to those both within the walls of our agency and outside within our community.

• Specializations: EMDR, Crisis Intervention and EFT
• Outside Interests: Gina enjoys spending time with her family, playing board games with grandchildren and cooking.

Gina brings over 13 years of clinical experience to Child & Family Services. Gina is passionate about facilitating healing and self-awareness with her clients. She works with suicidal behaviors, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress management, trauma recovery and substance abuse.
